Subscription Guide
You can edit, pause, or cancel your subscription with us at any time from your customer portal online - no need to call us!
All deliveries are made on Wednesdays. Our cut-off each week for new orders, changes to meal choices or if you want to skip or cancel is Friday evening at midnight (though please note we're only online to answer questions until 5pm!)

Once orders are placed, our kitchen team begin ordering fresh ingredients and then cook every meal to order. After Friday midnight, your order cannot be cancelled - wasting food is not something we do!
There's one thing not yet possible from your online account - changing your delivery frequency between weekly/bi-weekly/every 4 weeks. Just email team@eatfarmstand.com and we'll do that for you 👍
Managing your subscription
Our cutoff for orders is on Friday nights at 11:59 PM UK time, and we deliver on Wednesdays. This leaves us with a lead time of at least five days, so we can buy always-fresh ingredients to cook and deliver for you.
- If you confirm your order between Monday and Friday, you’ll get your first box the following Wednesday.
- If you confirm your order during the weekend, your first box will be with you the second coming Wednesday. To make things crystal clear, we show the next available delivery date on our website.
Get in touch! We can do this for you to simply change your frequency and keep your existing meal options.
You can also cancel your subscription and start a new one with your chosen frequency and new meal choices.
You can change your meal choices in your account any time before the cutoff for your next delivery (we’ll email to let you know when):
- Login to your Farmstand Account.
- Click ‘Manage’ under your active subscription.
- Looking for the section titled ‘Update Choices’ and click ‘Edit’

Our cutoff is Friday night at 11:59 PM GMT for deliveries happening the coming Wednesday. We’ll send you a reminder via email 24 hours before the deadline.
We know circumstances change, so we made it super easy for you to skip an order. Once you're signed in to your account, head over to “Subscriptions” and “Manage”, then click on the Pause button under “Need a break?”.
On the confirmation page you can choose how long you want your subscription to be paused for. Just click on “Pause subscription” to confirm when you’re ready. Remember this can’t be undone!
If you'd like to cancel, no hard feelings! (We’re going to miss you, though).
Login to your account and head over to "Subscriptions", then click “Manage”. You'll see a "Subscription settings" link at the bottom of the page. When you’re at this point, click on “Cancel my subscription”. We'll ask you a couple of quick questions about why you're cancelling and you'll be all set.
If there's anything we can do before you decide to go, do get in touch and we promise we’ll do what we can to sort things out! Either way, it's easy to come back and reactivate your subscription when you're ready.
You can change your meal choices in your account any time before the cutoff for your next delivery (we’ll email you 24 hours in advance to let you know when).
- Login to your Farmstand Account.
- Click ‘Manage’ under your active subscription.
- Look for the section ‘Update Choices’ and click ‘Edit’
- Change your selection (and/or number of meals) and confirm by clicking on “Save Choice".

We’re still a small business and we’re designing our service to be as efficient and sustainable as possible.
With that in mind, we currently deliver to all customers on Wednesdays. As we grow, we’ll expand this to more options.
When you change your meal choices in your account, you’ll receive those meals each delivery going forward, unless you change again. So if you want to switch things up just once, remember to revert to the previous setup before the following cutoff! (We’ll send you a reminder via email 24 hours before the deadline).
We’re always adding new dishes to the menu, so login each time to see what’s available.
Any promo codes or coupons should be added before payment is confirmed. When you’re on your Order Summary page, look for the “I have a coupon” button under the “Cart” selection, click it, and type your code in there.
‘Course you can! Just pop their address in the shipping address field when placing your order. Just make sure they know they’re going to get a delivery on Wednesdays!
We don’t at the moment, but we’re always exploring new things! If you want to be kept informed, why not join our newsletter? We’ll drop you an email every now and again with our big news and announcements.
Sadly not at the minute: we currently accept the old, good bank cards only. We’re always looking at how we can improve our service, so do subscribe to our newsletter to find out about our new announcements!
You can find all the receipts for your past orders on your account. Simply log in and go to the “Shipment” section. They're all there for you to download!
